This exotic villa is located in Seseh Beach area, Canggu Region, which is set on 2'500 SqM land, then it's named as THE SHORE INN Villas, as the location shows us. This villa offers luxury 5 bedrooms villas, just behind the fishing village of Seseh Beach, where all people in Bali knows that Canggu is one of most exotic beaches in Bali (even in the world) that was found in the last time in this South Kuta area. Geographically, Canggu Beach itself is definitely located on the South-West shore of Bali, the villa offers peaceful serenity suitable for those who are escaping themselves from daily activities.
Set on large garden and swimming pool, 5 (five) en-suited bed rooms, and also well trained staffs to full-fill your resort-staying needs & wants. Windy country road across fertile rice field gently steeping down to the beach, and it is surely ends at a quiet traditional village of Seseh.
Daily activities of traditional rice farmer in Balinese country-side are enjoyable along the scenic trail, under the shade of soaring coconut trees lining up on both sides of the road. Solitude seekers wanting to have everything solely to their enjoyment will be delighted to find this place. No neighbors in the range of sight.
The villa is consisted of 2 separated building. The two stories ocean-front as main-house houses the living area, kitchen and dining room, and three en-suite suites, while the guest pavilion houses are the remaining two en-suited suites.
Downstairs the main house are comfortable lounge with unique glass floor showing the swimming pool underneath, dining room with 12 seats table, and the master bedroom, all with floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowing unobstructed enjoyment of the ocean view across its infinity-edged swimming pool.
Upstairs are two identical suites each with their own en-suites featuring spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. In between are relaxing daybed facing the ocean and study room. Upstairs suites offer romantic traditional style decor with hanging cotton mosquito net.
Behind the main house, separated by ample decently manicured lawn is the L-shaped guest pavilions. The two bedrooms are nearly identical in size and decoration, offering seating and working areas for those who can not afford to be completely separated from their work. Between the two bedrooms is a small lounge. In front of each room is over-sized terrace suitable for lay-back with a book.
Garden & Swimming Pool
Ample tropical garden is located between the two buildings with wide lawn, lush tropical shrub, and one of the two swimming pools.
There are two swimming pools available in The Shore Inn. The garden pool is a slim lap pool located in the middle of the garden, meeting the ocean-front pool after crossing the main house below the lounge in the living area. The ocean-front pool is located in front of the main house. Its infinity edge creates a dramatic view of the pool dissolving to the ocean, enjoyable throughout the main house.
Location
50 minutes drive from airport , A quiet country road off the main road connecting Seminyak to Tanah Lot Region which is ended up on the beach where the villa is located. Travel time from the trendy holiday enclave of Seminyak is about 20 minutes through scenic rice field. Seminyak Region itself is reachable from the airport within about 20 minutes through the new by-pass called The Sunset Road. About 15 minutes further ahead is the famous temple of Tanah Lot where the award winning Greg Norman.

Villa La Tra Accommodation
On the land of 2,100 m2, the villa offers four bedrooms set in three aesthetic flair building accessible through a private road amid the rice field. Arriving in the parking area, a bridge crossing a clear fish pond leads to the fabulous living area set in the lower level. Spacious, elegant with white terrazzo stepping, minimalist in style this building is directly connected to the pool through steps going down the water. This air conditioned building can be open on all the sides with large sliding door and features four area Living, dining, library, TV plus a large terrace in front of the pool.
Connected by a short stepping, the right side building offers a colorful game room and TV, and three opulent bed rooms including two junior bed rooms and the master bedroom towards the end. Tidy, each bed room is facing to the garden and the pool, with stylish en suited bathroom and dressing completed with the finest furniture and equipment.
On the left side of the living area the generous guest bed room is featuring a study room which can be an additional bed room, a large guest bed room with a private terrace overlooking to the garden and the pool, a dressing and a fully equipped in-door and outdoor bath room.
The staff quarter along with the well-equipped kitchen is discreetly set on the back of this compound to give the best privacy to the guests.
